1/2 Pound

That’s it…..just 1/2…..naturally….I wanted a full pound to make it an even 20…..argh, this is so frustrating! Time to look back over my journals and see if there’s something I need to change/add/delete……maybe change up my exercise program…….I really want to be smokin hot by my 45th birthday!!!!! (Oh…and healthy too 😉
